hours of sleep daily . Sleep affects our physical and mental health . If
you don't sleep for a sufficient amount of time then it affects mood ,
concentration and memory.
5. Diet plan - Make a diet plan that suites you the most that is you
need to have a fruity, protein rich breakfast with a low fat lunch. This
will help to be fit and stay in shape . You need to avoid eating junk
food because it has too much fat .
6. Drink more water - Drink more water because our body is mostly made
up f water and it keeps our body hyderated and clean. You don't need
any special water,portable is just fine. Being hydrated is crucial for
brain.

junk food throughout week or quit drinking for 1 or 2 weeks . You need
