How to stay fit and healthy?




These are the things you should follow to get fit and healthy - 

1. Give up your bad habits - This thing is basic in order to stay fit .This means that you have give up your bad habits like smoking, drinking , drugs and other unhealthy addictions. If you can't give up these then you will never be fit .

2. Fix a appoint with your doctor - First you need a medical check up this means that first get a medical check to make sure that every thing going is good or not. Like if your sugar is too high then you need to lower it down by not eating sugar or decreasing amount of sugar you eat.  
3.Exercise - This one of the most important aspects of being fit this means that you need to exercise in order to get fit.  Go for a morning walk or go for gym session daily this will keep you fit as you keep exercising. 
4. Sleep time - This also another important factor for being fit . You need have a sufficient amount  of sleep that means you need to have 7-9 hours of sleep daily . Sleep affects our physical and mental health . If you don't sleep for a sufficient amount of time then it affects mood , concentration and memory.
5. Diet plan -  Make a diet plan that suites you the most that is you need to have a fruity, protein rich breakfast with a low fat lunch.  This will help to be fit and stay in shape . You need to avoid eating junk food because it has too much fat .
6. Drink more water - Drink more water because our body is mostly made up f water and it keeps our body  hyderated  and clean. You don't need any special water,portable is just fine.  Being hydrated is crucial for brain.
7. Chew your food slowly - Chew your food slowly . Chewing food slowly means " less calories consumed " 
8. Set goals - Setting goals means that set a goal that you will not eat junk food throughout week or quit drinking for 1 or 2 weeks . You need to set goals and achieve it this will also help you to stay in shape and be fit.
